The Crowne Plaza San Marcos Golf Resort offers dining and beverages in AJ’s Café and the 1912 Lounge. Fine cuisine and impeccable service are trademark qualities of our on-site cafés.

AJ’s Café, located in the Crowne Plaza San Marcos, is proud to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Our breakfast features all your favorite traditional fare including eggs made to order and fluffy pancakes. Lunch and Dinner Menus feature delicious steaks, fresh seafood and pastas.

The 1912 Lounge is a great place to stop for a cocktail before heading out for a night on the town. 1912 also serves decadent appetizers in a relaxing atmosphere.

Room Service is available daily from 6:00am - Midnight.

Prime Rib Saturdays

Every Saturday from 5-9:00pm at AJ’s Café you can enjoy our succulent 10 ounce Prime Rib Dinner with a Salad and Baked Potato. Limited entrées are available, so make your reservations early.

Sunday Brunch

Chandler’s Best Sunday Brunch features all your favorite breakfast offerings and lunch entrees. We feature omelets made to order, a carving station, assorted fresh salads, and irresistible desserts. Brunch is served from 10:00am – 2:00pm every Sunday, call 480-857-4422 for reservations.
